The Saint Grand, a mixed-use development at 218 E Grand in Streeterville, has opened for residents. The project, led by Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development, was topped off in August 2023. The building was designed by NORR and constructed by Lendlease. The building also offers 7,500 square feet of retail space and a bike room for residents and office tenants.

The building’s accommodates 100 cars, including 20 electric vehicle charging spots. The fourth and fifth floors offer 45,000 square feet of office space. The office space has a private entrance and lobby, and tenants will have access to the parking garage.

The top floor of the building is dedicated to amenities, including a resident lounge, private co-working spaces, conference rooms, a fitness center with a yoga studio, and an outdoor deck with a pool, cabanas, fire pits, and grilling stations. These amenities are expected to be completed by summer. Leasing began in March, with 25 percent of the residential units already leased.
