CHICAGO NEEDS A SUPERTALL TOWER LETS GOOOOO I’M TIRED OF CHICAGO BEING THE SECOND CITY, IF YOU BUILD IT,THEY WILL COME

  3. Now keep adding residential infill in River North and the Loop. Chicago needs to lead the pivot away from office commercial only districts. Remote work is slowly going the way of the dodo at the major employers, but even before covid the office only loop felt deserted outside of business hours. 90% of other cities have it worse as Chicago has a large tourism presence on off hours.

  4. Much better than the parking garage that was there.

Saint Grand is an important infill for this area of Streeterville. Looks great in person, too. I’d love to see the parking lot at Grand/Fairbanks get built up as well.
