Construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building at 219 S Hamilton Avenue, located in Near West Side just west of United Center. The owner behind the filing, Hamilton 213 LLC, is planning eight total units, a rooftop deck and enclosure, as well as rear porches. The structure will also have parking for two vehicles at the basement level, along with two street-level garages housing an additional six cars. These garages will also have their own rooftop decks.
Work for the four-story residential building at 957 W Grace Street has topped out in Lake View. Officially addressed in permits as 3763 N Sheffield Avenue and developed by MCZ Development, the project is set to bring 50 total units to the area.

Atop the main building will also be a rooftop deck with an accompanying enclosure. Additional features include an attached three-car garage with its own rooftop deck space above, rear porch/balcony space, and front terrace space.
