Construction has reached the second floor of West Loop Collection’s fourth building. Situated at 210-240 S Green Street just outside Greektown, the 40-unit project has been planned by POGN Development. The plan involves five adjacent six-story condominium buildings, each housing four duplexes and four single-level residences. Prices range from $1 million for simplexes up to $2 million for duplex penthouses.

JEF + Associates is responsible for West Loop Collection’s design. Each of the five near-identical structures are clad in a mix of brick, limestone, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Between the adjacent buildings are also vertical light wells to allow for additional natural light near the center of the floor plans.

NGL Construction is serving as the general contractor. Since Chicago YIMBY’s January update, the fourth building has progressed from foundation work to the second level. While the timeline for the two remaining structures is still unknown, move-ins have already proceeded for the first three buildings.
