Recent photos show the final touches on Catalog, a 300,000-square-foot addition at the foot of the Willis Tower, formerly the Sears Tower. The project began welcoming visitors late last year, and both interior and exterior construction have continued alongside the partial occupancy.
Construction will soon begin for a four-story residential development at 4712 N Sheridan Road in Uptown. The interior lot is located along N Sheridan Road between W Leland Avenue and W Lakeside Place. The nearest public transportation is the CTA Route 151, accessed at the Sheridan and Leland bus stop at the end of the block. The Lawrence CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line, is less than a ten-minute walk away. Mavrek Development is the developer behind the project.

Construction is making headway at The Loop‘s 226 W Jackson Street. Owner Phoenix Development Partners is converting the 15-story office building into a hotel.
