The planned development will be three-story structure housing two residential units, complete with a basement level, a roof deck, rear 1st and 2nd-floor porches, rear three-story stairs, an elevated rear patio, and a rear two-car garage with a roof deck.
Major track work has been completed for the first portion of the Forest Park Branch Rebuild project from the Chicago Transit Authority. The multi-phase project was announced earlier this summer as part of a greater effort to reduce slow zones along the line and improve passenger experience. The work itself was led by the CTA and will continue with the complete reconstruction of the Racine station.

Located on the intersection with W 45th Street, the new project replaces the massive vacant lot once home to a public housing project. Developed by The Habitat Company and Cabrera Capital Partners, the SCB-designed complex will sit next to the new Cultivate Collective community hub.
Near the center of West Loop at 21 N May Street, Embry, a 16-story condominium tower is approaching the final stages of its facade work. Developed by Sulo Development, Embry will house 58 residences, with floor plans between 1,828 and 5,200 square feet, available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations.
