Sustainabuild LLC is listed as the permit owner and plans indicate that this build will have three flats. The first floor will have a rear patio, while the second and third floors will have rear porches connected by stairs. The building will have an accompanying parking pad with four parking spots.

Second Tower Design Revealed for 1300 W Carroll Site in Fulton Market

Developer Sterling Bay has revealed the design for the second tower on its 1300 W Carroll Avenue project site, formerly the site of the Archer Daniels Wheat Mill in West Loop’s Fulton Market District. The rendering has been presented on the marketing website for 1200 W Carroll Avenue, a 14-story office building that Sterling Bay plans to construct first just one block to the east.

Updated Plans Revealed For Pre-K At 2633 W Addison Street In Roscoe Village

Updated plans have been revealed for a new educational building at 2633 W Addison Street in Roscoe Village. Located on the intersection with N Rockwell Street bound by the North Branch of the Chicago River to the west and Clark Park to the south and east, the project is re-utilizing the existing daycare building on the site. Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is behind the project that’ll serve four-year-old students addressing the current Pre-K needs in the area, while adding capacity inline with the city’s goal of offering universal Pre-K across all neighborhoods.

A permit was approved yesterday for a new two-story residential building to be located at 2710 S Lowe Avenue in the Bridgeport community. The owner is listed as Victor Kuo and plans indicate this project will be a two-flat with a basement level, and will also have three on-grade parking spots. The development will replace an existing structure. A permit was issued to remove the previous structure last fall.
