Demolition permits were issued earlier this week to remove a three-story mixed-use building located at 3920 N Lincoln Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The owner is listed as 3914 Lincoln LLC. The building will be replaced by an upcoming development by Longford Construction and designed by SPACE Architects + Planners. The new construction will be a five-story building that will include 7,000 square feet of retail space and 68 residential units. Precision Excavation is acting as the demolition contractor on the project.
