Updated details, including a height increase, have been revealed once again for ‘Old Town Canvas’ at 1610 N LaSalle Drive in Old Town. Located on the intersection with W North Avenue, the proposal has been in the works for nearly three-years and recently updated at a community meeting. The structure is being developed by Fern Hill with local design-firm GREC Architects.

Developed by P & P Properties, these townhomes are split between two structures. Pre-leasing has begun for Cassidy on Canal, a new 33-story, 343-unit apartment tower located at 350 N Canal Street in Fulton River District. The building offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartments, along with ground floor retail space, parking, and an outdoor dog run. Habitat and Diversified Real Estate Capital LLC are co-developing the project, while Solomon Cordwell Buenz is the architect.
