New details have been revealed about the potential Chicago Bears stadium at 2200 Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights. The plans mark the latest chapter in the team’s multi-year struggle to secure a new home while seeking tax funds from the city, county, and state. The effort is being led by the team in partnership with design firm Manica Architecture.
Exterior work is nearing completion at 519 West Fullerton Parkway in Lincoln Park. That’s the west half of the Fullerton Pointe development from P3 Properties, a 16-unit condominium project that includes 513 West Fullerton next door.
Plans have been revealed for the residential redevelopment of four vacant lots at 3736 to 3766 South Michigan Avenue in Bronzeville. Located just south of the intersection with East 37th Place, the property has been vacant for over two decades, near Guaranteed Rate Field. The project is being led by Capricorn Design + Build LLC.
Construction has reached the fourth level on the five-story residential development at 455 North Carpenter Street, straddling the boundary of West Town and Fulton Market.
