Initial funding has been approved for the commercial redevelopment of 3930 W Roosevelt Road in Lawndale. The redeveloped structure near the intersection with S Pulaski Road will serve as the new home for neighborhood organization BLK + BRWN Market. The project is being designed by local architecture firm Latent Design.
Construction of a three-story building containing six new condos continues at 3121 North Clybourn Avenue in the North Center Community Area of Chicago. Platinum Homes Development, which is also the general contractor, is building the residences next door to another six-unit building that is very close to opening.
