Located in the far suburbs just north of Belvidere, the one-of-a-kind facility will bring a new offering near the city boundaries of Rockford just to the west. The project is being developed by the non-profit organization Oscar Mike with Cushman & Wakefield, who have tapped Gensler to design the buildings.
