Completion Date Announced For Westhaven Park IID In Near West Side

A completion date has been announced for the upcoming mixed-use development at 1959 W Lake Street in the Near West Side. Located on the intersection with N Damen and directly across the street from the new Damen Green Line station, the project will be one of the final phases of the greater Westhaven Park development near the United Center. The team of Brinshore Development and The Michaels Organization is working with local architecture firm Landon Bone Baker (LBBA) on the design.

Cores Reach Full Height for 1134 S Wood Street in Illinois Medical District

A pair of concrete cores can be seen topped out along Roosevelt Avenue in the Illinois Medical District, a development known asĀ  “The Foglia Residences” is currently undergoing construction. This nine-story mixed-use construction at 1134 S Wood Street is a collaboration between the Chicago Lighthouse (which is a non-profit serving the blind, visually impaired, disabled, and veterans since 1906), Brinshore Development, and Landon Bone Baker Architects.

Initial Details Revealed For Mixed-Use Development At 4735 N Western Avenue In Lincoln Square

Initial details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 4735 N Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Located just south of the intersection with W Lawrence Avenue and a few steps north of the CTA Brown Line Western station, the new proposal will redevelop the existing two-story structure that caught fire a few years ago. Now developer Rany Management is working with local firm Kennedy Mann Architects on the new concept.
