Construction of the Chicago Housing Authority’s residential development with Holsten Real Estate Development Corporation now known as Parkside V continues to rise in the Cabrini-Green section of the Near North Side.
Far scaled-back plans have been revealed for a residential development at 7728 North Sheridan Road in Rogers Park. Located at the corner of West Juneway Terrace, the project sits on the northern edge of the City of Chicago. It will replace a now-vacant lot that most recently held a vintage single-family home.
Construction progress, most noticeably the brickwork, has reached the third level of a four-story residential development at 4907 North Paulina Street in the Ravenswood area of Uptown. Masonry work on the exterior is keeping up with the elevation as the building progresses, and brick columns that will support balconies on the upper levels are rising in the courtyard.
Details have been revealed for the residential development at 2434 West Bryn Mawr Avenue on the southern edge of West Ridge. located on the northwest corner of North Artesian Avenue, the project would replace a large parking lot near Rosehill Cemetery. The effort is being led by Chicago F9 Equity Partners under the name Bryn Mawr Commons LLC.
As demolition continues, the new construction permit has been issued for the residential development at 925 West Belmont Avenue in Lake View. Using the address of 919 West Belmont, the permit has an application date of April 9 and was issued on August 5 with a reported cost of $8 million.
