Spanning 936 through 940 West Leland Avenue, an excavator began tearing up the soil on the site this week for a five-story, 32-unit project. D.O.M. Properties is the builder, having received a construction permit in mid-November of last year. The triple lot is on the north side of the dead-end street, east of North Sheridan Road.

Addressed to 940 West Leland, the permit allows West Leland Avenue LLC, an entity registered in Reno, Nevada, to begin work on their five-story building.
