Construction permits were issued this past week for a new two-story residential building, situated at 24 S Menard Avenue in South Austin. Keon Medlock is the listed owner for the new two-dwelling structure. Plans include a front terrace, a rear one-story open porch, and two parking spaces. As of now the property is occupied by a vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.
Final interior and landscaping work is underway at the 19-story 800 W Fulton Market, aka 800 Fulton, one of Fulton Market‘s most distinctive new office blocks. Thor Equities has developed the nearly half million-square-foot edifice alongside joint venture partner QuadReal.
Final facade work is progressing at Near South Side‘s 2401 S State Street, where developer City Pads has planned a four-story residential building. Set to accommodate 19 residences, the project will also incorporate ten on-site parking spaces and 33 bike slots. The current construction is replacing a formerly vacant concrete lot.
