Final exterior touches are underway for Cassidy on Canal, a 33-story, 355-foot-tall mixed-use high rise located at 350 N Canal Street in the Fulton River District. The project is being co-developed by The Habitat Company and Diversified Real Estate Capital LLC.
Partial funding has been announced for the mixed-use development at 4528 S Cottage Grove Avenue in Bronzeville. Located mid-block between E 45th and 46th Streets, the project will redevelop an existing three-story building. A community meeting has been held for the revised proposal for 400 N Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market. Bound by N Ogden Avenue to the west and W Kinzie Street to the south, the wedge-shaped lot was previously earmarked for a life-science building. However, last month developers Mark Goodman & Associates and Weldon Development Group revealed its new mixed-use plans for the site.
Construction has been completed for the mixed-use redevelopment of the office building at 1616 Orrington Avenue in Evanston. Located at the heart of downtown Evanston, we originally covered the remodel of the Fountain Square Building back in 2021. Since then developer Shapack Partners, more commonly known for their West Loop projects, has completed work on the five-story structure.
