Legal Tender Ciaccio Holdings LLC has been granted a permit for the construction of a new three-story, six dwelling unit residential masonry building at 1611 West 13th Street in Little Italy. The permit, issued on August 20, comes after a 91-day self-certification process that began with the application submission on May 21.
The permit has been conditionally approved, with the release of the full wrecking permit still pending. The permit fees for this project total $12,057.24, with $6,342.24 paid for building fees, $75.00 for zoning fees, and $5,640.00 in other fees. The reported cost of construction is estimated at $1,086,000.00.
Bill Kokalias is the self-certification architect for the project. When complete, the property will be a short walk from CTA Stations servicing the Pink Line.
