Legal Tender Ciaccio Holdings LLC has been granted permits for the construction of three new residential developments on West Hastings Street in Pilsen. The projects, located at 1616, 1620, and 1626 West Hastings Street, will add a total of 18 dwelling units to the neighborhood.
All three developments will be three-story residential masonry buildings containing six dwelling units. The third development, located at 1626 West Hastings Street, will feature two detached 12-vehicle masonry garages and one detached three-vehicle masonry garage.
All three projects have received conditional approval. The permit fees for the projects range from $12,845.64 to $14,495.64, with the reported cost of construction estimated between $1,200,000.00 and $1,221,041.00 for each structure.
Bill Kokalias is the self-certification architect for all three projects. All three properties will be a short walk from CTA Stations servicing the Pink Line.
