Development Group, LLC Fulton Market Branch has been granted a permit for the construction of a new four-story mixed-use building at 2129 North Damen Avenue in Bucktown. The permit, issued on August 19, comes after a 119-day self-certification process that began with the application submission on April 22.

  1. Based on the layout described, this one is gonna have to be a double-lot, so one of the structures on either side of 2129 is also biting the dust. Hopefully its not that worker’s cottage.
