Further details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1016 W Jackson Boulevard in the West Loop. Sitting on the intersection with S Morgan Street near Mary Bartelme Park, the proposal had a potential second-phase revealed on its new zoning application. This application was submitted by developer Mavrek Development with Eckenhoff Saunders working on its design.

Variance Approved for 3310 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View

A variation has been approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for a new six-story, mixed-use development at 3310 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. Mangan Builders will replace the former Rexx Rugs buildings to make way for the new $7 million construction. As of now, permits for the project have been submitted, but the construction timeline has not been determined.
