An initial rendering and funding have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 2525 N Kedzie Boulevard in Logan Square. Located just south of the neighborhood’s central traffic circle, the project would replace an existing property on the intersection with N Linden Place. The proposal is being led by Bickerdike Redevelopment who is also working on 5853 N Broadway.

The Chicago Community Development Commission has approved initial financing for the rest of the LaSalle Street Reimagined projects moving forward. Earlier this week we covered the first two approved projects, and today we will cover the last two. Those include the proposals at 208 S LaSalle Street and 111 W Monroe Street all within The Loop.
Roosevelt Square Phase 3B, a 67-unit apartment building from the Chicago Housing Authority and Related Midwest, has topped out in the Little Italy neighborhood. Located at 1002 S Racine Avenue, the six-story building has its windows in place and is now awaiting the start of exterior cladding.
