Developed by Cedar St. Companies, this new edifice will accommodate 2,500 square feet of ground-level commercial space, alongside 62 rental apartment dwellings. Attached directly to the west will be a two-story former bank building undergoing renovation as part of the development. Upon completion, the new programming at this separate 1050 W Wilson Avenue address will be a relocated performing venue for Double Door Music. As for the under construction east parcel, that site was formerly home to a surface parking lot.
