Bill Kokalias of Axios Architects & Consultants is the project’s principal architect. Photos show that the exterior comes with a mix of brick and stone accents and dark window trimmings. The front-facing exterior is broken up by an inset balcony. Other features detached from the main structure include a three-vehicle masonry garage and a masonry trash enclosure.

  1. This city can be so infuriating

  2. That is such an immense downgrade

    • I try to be very YIMBY, not NIMBY. But when they tear down a four story red brick building to put up a four story red brick building, I really have to question things.
