Redevelopment plans have been approved for the former Inn at Lincoln Park, located at 601 W Diversey Parkway in Lincoln Park. Situated at the corner of Diversey Parkway and North Lehmann Court, the project will breathe new life into the aging structure, which has been the subject of various redevelopment proposals in recent years. This latest effort is being spearheaded by Validus Capital.

Located mid-block between S Oakley Boulevard and S Bell Avenue, the new structure would replace a triple–wide vacant lot near the United Center. Efforts for the project are being led by 2245 W Monroe LLC.
Plans for the two-tower development at 170 N May Street in Fulton Market are moving forward as the developer has applied for caisson permits. Bound by W Lake Street to the north, the permits are for the first phase of the project, which has seen an increase in density since it was approved by the city just around a year ago.
A new construction permit has been issued for the upcoming residential development at 2709 W Touhy Avenue in West Ridge. Located on the corner with N Washtenaw Avenue, the new structure will be replacing a vacant lot that held a one-story commercial building until recently. Efforts for the project are being led by Stak Prime LLC.
A full build out permit has been issued for the mixed-use affordable housing development at 2909 W Irving Park Road in Irving Park. Located mid-block between N Richmond Street and N Francisco Avenue, the new structure would replace a vacant lot along the busy corridor. Efforts for the project are being led by Full Circle Communities and Visionary Ventures.
