Located at the heart of O’Hare International Airport’s central terminal complex, plans for the new terminal have been in the works for multiple years after a lengthy design competition. Permits Filed For Senior Housing Development At 2128 S Tan Court In Chinatown

Details have been revealed for the residential development at 2128 S Tan Court in Chinatown. Located just east of the intersection with S Princeton Avenue adjacent to the CTA Orange Line tracks, the project will replace a large long-term vacant lot. The proposal is being led by Tan Court Development LLC, with local architecture firm FitzGerald Associates working on its design to be built in two phases.

Tax Incentives Approved For Pacifica Of Chicago In Chinatown

Tax incentives have been fully approved for the upcoming redevelopment of the Hoyt Building at 465 W Cermak Road in Chinatown. Sitting on the western edge of Chinatown along the southern branch of the Chicago River, the project has been in the works for a few years with multiple developers. Currently leading the development is Aurora-based Windfall Group, who are working with SPACE Architects + Planners on the design.
