This third and final phase of a larger block-long project will sit on the southeast corner with W Cornelia Avenue and finish the replacement of the Loyola Press building that stood on the site for 97 years. The development team at the locally-operated Rogers Park Holdings LLC have partnered with Axios Architects and Consultants on its design.
