Further Renderings Revealed As City Approves Revised Casino Plans

More formalized renderings have been revealed for the revisions to the upcoming Bally’s casino at 777 W Chicago Avenue in River West. Last month we broke the news that the previously approved casino complex will be partially redesigned due to issues with the city’s water lines. Now the new design, led by SCB, Gensler, Site Design Group, Urbanworks, STL Architects, and NIA Architects, was approved by the city yesterday.

City Council And Plan Commission Approve 420 N May Street In West Loop

The Chicago City Council and Plan Commission have approved the mixed-use development at 420 N May Street in the West Loop. Sitting on the intersection with W Kinzie Street, the project recently received some revisions as it was presented to the community last month. The proposal is being led by Miami-based developer Crescent Heights with local firm HPA working on its design.
