Located on the southwest corner with W Waveland Avenue, the two-structure project would replace one of the remaining vacant lots along the lakefront. The development is being led by City Club Apartments who recently built 60 E Benton Place in The Loop, with BKV Group working on its design.

Located just south of the intersection with W Greenleaf Avenue, the site sits near Loyola Park and just north of the university itself. Final Landmark Recommendation Issued For Apollo’s 2000 In Little Village

A final landmark recommendation has been issued for the Apollo’s 2000 theater at 2875 W Cermak Road in Little Village. Located just west of the intersection with S Marshall Boulevard and the city’s Grand Boulevard, the recommendation was officially made by the Commission on Chicago Landmarks. Now the historic theater’s official landmark designation will now depend on approval from city council.
