Renderings have been revealed as part of the groundbreaking for the major renovation of Terminal 3 at O’Hare International Airport. News on the work broke over a year ago when it began collecting funding for the added space and updated aesthetic. The project is being led by the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) with an undisclosed set of designers and engineers.
Updated details have been revealed for the residential development at 4531 N Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Located mid-block between W Wilson Avenue and W Sunnyside Avenue, the proposal will replace two-existing structures on the site. The project is being led by developer Western Front LLC with local-firm Hanna Architects on the design.

Sitting near the six-corner intersection at the heart of the neighborhood, details for the project were revealed earlier this year. The proposal is being led by the building’s current owner and local developer Tandem Construction.
