The parcel encompasses a vacant lot, a vacant storefront, and an orange-rated building at 3930 N Lincoln Avenue containing the Crawford Plumbing Supply company. Longford Construction the developer behind the proposal.

Nenand Zecevic is the listed owner, who plans for three total units and a two-car garage. The structure is set to replace a currently vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.

The developer ZSD Corp is planning 17 condominium units split into two wings under the addresses 123 S Peoria Street and 128 S Green Street.
