The listed owner is 3219 N Elston LLC, with the permit’s filing description indicating three total units. Plans also consist of a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, as well as a rear deck along the first, second, and third floors. Parking will allow for a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck on top. The new development and garage will replace a former single-story masonry residence and garage.

Exterior Walls Complete for Emmett Street Apartments in Logan Square

Structural work is complete on Emmett Street Apartments, a seven-story mixed-use building at 2614 N Emmett Street in Logan Square. The lot was previously owned by the city and occupied by a parking lot.

MBZ Properties LLC is the listed owner, with previously issued permits indicating a three-story building with two apartment units and a basement on each lot. Parking for 919 S Aberdeen Street will include a concrete pad with two spaces, while the filing description for 917 S Aberdeen Street did not mention any on-site parking.

Located on the site of the existing Edith Spurlock Apartments, the residential complex spans from N Lincoln Avenue to W Diversey Parkway. Chicago Housing Authority and Pirhl are the developers behind the project.

Construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building at 4736 N Ravenswood Avenue in Lincoln Square. With FEPH-Highland Park LLC as the listed owner, the project will yield 55 residential units and 36 on-site parking spaces. Planning documents show that the planned structure will occupy “Sub-Area C” in a three-part development bound by N Wolcott Avenue, W Lawrence Avenue, and N Ravenswood Avenue. The first part, “Sub-Area A,” is a completed single-story bank at the northeast edge of the property.

Facade Nears Completion for AMLI 808 in River North

Facade work is rapidly approaching completion for AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use development at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. AMLI is the developer, with plans for 5,900 square feet of retail at the base, as well as 318 apartment units above. The new 225-foot-tall structure will replace a parking lot and a one-story sales center that was built for a previous iteration of the project.
