Located at 1140 N Wells Street, the three-tower complex is developed by the Vancouver-based real estate company, which has built a series of other apartment buildings in the Near North Side area. Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is responsible for designing all three phases. Phase One consists of a 32-story residential high rise northeast of the third tower, while Phase Two is a 39-story mixed-use tower adjacent to the east of it.
