The development is located on a corner lot at the intersection of N Broadway and W Cornelia Avenue. Optima Inc is the developer-architect in charge of the design and development of the project.

The project is both developed and constructed by Onni Group, and designed by Brininstool + Lynch. YIMBY last reported on the development in August when facade work was still needed on the top nine floors, four of which have since been completed.
The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted two zoning ordinances for a future mixed-use development at 3113 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. The project is located on an unusual lot in the shape of a slight V, with frontage on both N Lincoln Avenue and N Greenview Avenue. The nearest CTA bus transportation is Routes 77 or 9 accessed at the Belmont and Ashland/Lincoln stop, only a three-minute walk away. The Paulina CTA L station, serviced by the Brown Line is a ten-minute walk away.
Permits were recently issued for renovations and alterations at 6927 S Peoria Street, a two-story residential building in Englewood. The existing masonry structure contains two units as well as a basement. The property itself and the surrounding addresses are zoned for RT-4, indicating multi-unit townhomes with a maximum height of 38 feet.
