A construction permit has been issued for a new residential development at 3258 N Seminary Avenue in Lake View. The project will consist of a three-story, three-unit dwelling with a private roof deck and a detached three-car garage, replacing a masonry building at the intersection of Seminary & School. The property is owned and under development by 3258 Seminary LLC.

The firm 360 Design Studio is the filing’s listed architect of record. The first floor featuring a rear private deck, while the upper floors will come with private balconies. The exterior will be masonry, while other components of the design include rear wood fences and front ornamental iron fences as per the submitted design plans.

  1. I think it’s a bit of a pity we’re losing the ACU (accessory commercial unit), but development trends change. That space was in a bit of disrepair.
