A construction permit for a residential building at 909 West Fletcher Street in Lakeview East has been issued. C&H Holdings Wayne is the property owner who plans a four-story building with three dwelling units.
The listed architect of record is Michael S Cox, whose design for the project still needs to be posted. According to the filing description, each residence will have its own roof deck. The development will also have a basement and a detached garage for three cars with an additional rooftop deck.
A variety of public transit options are available within a two-minute walk, including the Red, Purple, and Brown Lines at Belmont Station, along with stops for bus Routes 8, 22, and 77.
R Cruz Construction Inc is the listed general contractor for the $900,000 venture, whose exact completion date has yet to be indicated.
