Marquette Companies is the developer, who has planned a total of 242 apartments comprised of studios, convertibles, and one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and deck, a fitness center and studio, a second-floor outdoor deck, and multiple co-working spaces.
Permits have been issued for a three-story residential building at 2631 N Wilton Avenue in Lincoln Park‘s Wrightwood Neighbors neighborhood. Planned by BCDP Wilton Property LLC, the development will include three total apartment units, along with a three-car garage. The project is set to replace a three-story frame residence that lies on a narrow lot zoned for RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed residential development at 640 W Irving Park Road in Buena Park. Located on the site of the Immaculata High School, the project is located along N Marine Drive, between W Irving Park Road and W Bittersweet Place. KGiles LLC and CA Ventures are the developers behind the proposal.

Co-developed by Ranquist Development Group, Jodi Development, and Campbell Coyle under the name 15 N Elizabeth LLC, the condominium development is comprised of six total residences. Two- and three-bedroom units start at $795,000, while the duplex four- and five-bedroom penthouses begin at $1,995,000.
