A construction permit has been issued for a residential development at 5843 W Corcoran Place in Austin. The project will feature a two-story structure with three residential units, a basement, front stairs, a rear deck, a six-foot side wood fence, and a two-space parking pad at the rear.
A-Z Builders Inc. owns the project. Andy Kacprzynski is the listed architect, although specific design details or renderings are not yet available.
The development will include a two-space parking pad at the rear of the building. There are ample transit options close by, including Routes 91, 309, 313, and 315, all within a five-minute walk. Green Line CTA service is accessible via Austin Station, a four-minute walk west.
A-Z Plus Remodeling, Inc. will manage the general contracting for the development. The estimated construction cost is $450,000, with the completion date yet to be announced.
