This structure will replace a three-story frame residence.

The owner of the project is listed as 1842 W Iowa LLC. Hanna Architects is tasked with the design, though further architectural details have not been made available.

Parking provisions include a detached two-car garage with its own rooftop deck. For transit access, the nearby Routes 50 and 66 are each within a four-minute walk of the property, while the closest CTA Blue Line service is at Division Station, a 16-minute walk northeast.

The general contractor responsible for the project is Bachula Development Inc., whose estimated completion date has yet to be provided. The reported construction cost stands at $946,912.
