Renderings have been revealed for a proposed residential development at 640 W Irving Park Road in Buena Park. Located on the site of the Immaculata High School, the project is located along N Marine Drive, between W Irving Park Road and W Bittersweet Place. KGiles LLC and CA Ventures are the developers behind the proposal.
Structural work has reached the second floor of a five-story residential building located at 15 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop. Co-developed by Ranquist Development Group, Jodi Development, and Campbell Coyle under the name 15 N Elizabeth LLC, the condominium development is comprised of six total residences. Two- and three-bedroom units start at $795,000, while the duplex four- and five-bedroom penthouses begin at $1,995,000.
Construction is imminent for an eight-story residential building known as CA6 Condominiums, located at 305-323 S Racine Avenue near the southwest corner of West Loop. Developed by Belgravia Group alongside JRG Capital Partners, the project will house 72 condominium units, and amenities ranging from a fully-equipped fitness room to a meeting room and a secure package room.
Multiple zoning ordinances have been approved for a four-story residential building located at 2215 N Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. Planned by 2215 Halsted Glascott FLP, the new structure will house eight total units as well as a rooftop deck with pergolas. The project will also provide an attached four-car garage with an additional eight spaces underground. The garage will also be topped within its own rooftop deck space and pergolas. The ordinances approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals sought to establish residential use below the second floor, reduce the north side setback from five feet to zero and the rear setback from 30 to 3.08 feet, and increase the total height from 45 to 47 feet.
Construction permits have been issued for a three-story residential building located at 1913 W 19th Street in Lower West Side‘s Heart of Chicago neighborhood. The filing owner Luxehome Renovations has planned three total units, a basement, a three-story rear porch with stairs, and a detached three-car garage with a rooftop deck. The pair of structures will replace an existing 1.5-story residential frame building with a masonry floor located below grade.
