The proposed project’s owner is listed as Kingston DTA Group LLC. The scope of the project detail six total dwelling units. Plans indicate the presence of a two-car parking pad along with a detached four-car framed garage. The lot is currently vacant.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a mixed-use development at 3914 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. The wedge-shaped structure, bound by N Lincoln Avenue to the east and N Damen Avenue to the west, will replace an empty lot and three buildings on Damen Avenue, one of which is orange-rated. Developer Longford Construction partnered with SPACE Architects + Planners on the masonry clad building.

We previously reported on the neighboring property which is also owned by Cornel Contac. Both projects are planned to have three total dwelling units each with finished basements, rooftop decks, and enclosed stairs with rear porches. Per plans, the project will also feature a parking pad. The planned structure will replace an existing building.

Located on the corner with W Randolph Street, it replaces two one-story masonry buildings with a Thomas Roszak Architecture designed high-rise developed by Moceri + Roszak. The new construction is slated as a three-dwelling masonry building with a basement and a rear open deck with a connecting porch. Plans also indicate the presence of a detached three-car garage with its own roof deck.
