Apart from the outer material, other exterior details mentioned in the filing include front and rear balconies, rear decks and stairs, and multiple rooftop decks.
For parking, a new detached three-vehicle masonry garage with its own roof deck is planned. Nearby bus service includes Route 37 at Webster & Orchard via a one-minute walk west. Route 74 is also within walking distance, with stops at Lincoln & Webster via a two-minute walk east. The nearest CTA service for the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines is available at Fullerton station via a 12-minute walk northwest.
Simple Home Builders Inc is leading the construction with a reported cost of $900,000. There has been no mention of a completion timeline.
