Half of the Fullerton Pointe residential development in Lincoln Park is starting to show, as 519 West Fullerton Parkway rises out of its foundation. Located on the site of the former Cenacle Retreat Center, demolished in 2022 for redevelopment, P3 Properties in erecting a pair of four-story, eight-unit condominium buildings, the first of which, 519, was permitted back in November.
Foundation construction has begun for Fullerton Pointe, the first of two condominium buildings on Fullerton Parkway in Lincoln Park. This first iteration, permitted by the City of Chicago on November 22, is addressed as 519 West Fullerton Parkway, and will occupy the west end of the two sites. Both buildings are on a portion of the former Cenacle Retreat Center, demolished in 2022 to make way for new development. P3 Properties is the project’s developer.
Construction is progressing on a four-story condominium development at 642 West Webster Avenue in Lincoln Park. The permit issued by the City of Chicago on September 29 of last year calls for three condo units in the building, which sits directly across the street from Oz Park.
Construction for a new three-story residential building has been approved at 2414 North Sawyer Avenue in Little Village. The project’s budget is estimated to be $2,000,000, and permits were issued on January 10.
A construction permit has been approved for a new residential development at 642 W Webster Avenue in Lincoln Park. The project will feature a four-story masonry condo development with three units and a basement. This new structure will replace a three-story brick residential structure. Grace Lee is the listed owner of this development.
