Half of the Fullerton Pointe residential development in Lincoln Park is starting to show, as 519 West Fullerton Parkway rises out of its foundation. Located on the site of the former Cenacle Retreat Center, demolished in 2022 for redevelopment, P3 Properties in erecting a pair of four-story, eight-unit condominium buildings, the first of which, 519, was permitted back in November.

The basement level is done, and work on the first floor is underway, as general contractor Simple Home Builders works with their own architecture plans. They’ve created a building for the site with arched windows, the counterpart to its future next-door neighbor at 513 West Fullerton, which will feature rectangular windows in a similar design.

The more rectangular 513 West Fullerton, yet to be permitted, will fill the east side of the lot. Via P3 Properties

The permit allows for a four-story with basement building with eight dwelling units, topped by a pair of roof decks, with covered terraces on levels one through three. At the rear of the property, a detached eight-car garage will also have two rooftop decks.

On their website, P3 Properties states an anticipated opening of spring 2026; we don’t know if that is for all 16 condos, or just for the first eight in the first phase of construction. It is expected that 513 West Fullerton will begin work as soon as 519 is completed.

A two-block walk east from Fullerton Pointe leads to CTA bus service via Routes 22 and 36. Three blocks west, at the six-point intersection of Fullerton Parkway, Halsted Street, and Lincoln Avenue are stops for Routes 8, 37, and 74. Two blocks further west of here is the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple Line elevated platform.
