The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved variances for a mixed-use development at 3244 W Bryn Mawr Avenue in North Park. Located on a midblock site between N Spaulding Avenue and N Jersey Avenue, the project site fronts W Bryn Mawr Avenue and is currently occupied by a historical building. Grand Properties Acquisitions is the developer behind the proposal.
Chicago City Council has fully approved a mixed-use development located at 160 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Street and N Elizabeth Street, the project site is currently occupied by two masonry buildings. The property is bound by a public alley to the north, N Elizabeth Street to the east, W Randolph Street to the south, and a one-story commercial building to the west. Moceri + Roszak is the developer behind the project.
Structural work is now topped out with cladding nearing completion for 300 W Division Street, a seven-story mixed-use building at the southern edge of Old Town. The Domain Group is behind the development, whose plans comprise of retail space at ground level, and 89 apartments above. These units will be split with 65 one-bedrooms and the remaining 24 residences as studios. Ground-level parking will also be included, although the number of parking spaces is currently unknown.
Full construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building set for 1838 N Western Avenue in Logan Square. Planned by Comet Development LLC, the project had a demolition permit issued for the prior single-story masonry building last August, with the latest construction permits issued this past Monday.

Located at the intersection of N Racine Avenue and W Fulton Market, the corner lot is currently occupied by an existing one-story building. Fulton Street Companies and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital are the developers behind the proposal.
