Approved Two-Tower Development at 725 W Randolph Street Takes 13th Spot in Chicago’s Tallest Developments Countdown

The approved mixed-use, two-tower development at 725 W Randolph Street takes the 14th spot in YIMBY’s Chicago’s Tallest Development countdown. Plans comprise of a main tower that will rise 550 feet and a second tower rising 250 feet on a full-block lot along the Kennedy Expressway. The site is bound on the other sides by W Washington Boulevard, N Halsted Street, and W Randolph Street. Related Midwest is the developer in charge of the project.

Approved 40 W Oak Street Tower is Chicago’s 16th Tallest Development

The newly approved 35-story residential tower at 40 W Oak Street takes the 16th spot in YIMBY’s Chicago’s tallest development countdown. The 466-foot-tall tower will rise at the northwest corner of the intersection of N Dearborn Street and W Oak Street in Rush & Division. The project site includes the existing Warren-Barr pavilion. The rehabilitative care center will remain on its site, with 50 parking spaces in the tower set aside specifically for visitors of the facility. Developer Nahla Capital is in charge of the project.
