Plans have been revealed for a new mixed-use project at 3208-3216 West Armitage Avenue within Logan Square. Located just west of the intersection with North Kedzie Avenue, the proposal would replace a vacant lot along with a one-story commercial structure. Plans were presented at a community meeting late last week.
Plans have been revealed for the first phase of a new mixed-use development at roughly 3900 South State Street in Bronzeville. The multi-lot project centers around the intersection with West Pershing Road, replacing long-term vacant lots that previously held the Stateway Gardens homes. Efforts are being led by developer Zeb McLaurin.

Sitting mid-block between North Sacramento Avenue and West Logan Boulevard, the four-story structure has seen various owners since closing in 2014 due to health issues.
Additional renderings have been revealed for the upcoming mixed-use high-rise at 23 South Sangamon Street in the West Loop, now known as Marielle On The Park. Earlier this week, we covered the project as it pivoted to a new design and program from its previous iteration, and now said revised proposal has received approval from the Chicago Plan Commission.

Located mid-block between West Wilson Avenue and West Sunnyside Avenue, the proposal was posted by the 46th Ward Alderperson and will replace a large one-story commercial structure on the site.
