A demolition permit was issued for the property on the 9th of this month; the new construction permit was issued December 10 of 2024. DV Development of Huntley, IL is named as the developer and general contractor.

A single Additional Dwelling Unit atop a two-car garage has been permitted for construction at 2219 North Kimball Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood. The City of Chicago gave permission for the secondary structure on January 22. It will be added to a new construction, two-unit building that received a permit of its own back in May 2022.
The City of Chicago has issued a pair of permits to build adjacent homes at 3303 and 3305 South Seeley Avenue in McKinley Park on the southwest side. Both permits were released on January 22, and they are identical. Developer and general contractor A & SL Construction will build them, at an estimated cost of $350,000 apiece.
