GT Alternatives LLC is the developer and general contractor for the homes, which are designed by Peter Sterniuk. They will be two stories plus a basement level, with a stairway leading to the front entrance and two-story wood decks at the rear of the structures. Parking pads for three cars will be located at the back of the lots on the alley. The homes fill a long-vacant double lot on the northeast corner of Augusta Boulevard and Kildare Avenue.
