Next door at 3038, a coach house at the rear of the property has also been surrounded by demo fencing. Those two demolitions, to be carried out by Land Enterprises, will clear the way for a new three-story with basement, five-dwelling-unit building.
Details revealed for the residential conversion of the loft building at 811 W Evergreen Avenue within the Near North Side. Located just west of the intersection with N Halsted Street, the timber structure has long been an office building which has been repositioned multiple times in the past. Now developer Honore Properties is leading the charge for the conversion.
An apartment building at 3202 North Racine Avenue has risen to its ultimate height in Lake View. Replacing a now-demolished BP gas station on the northwest corner of Racine and Belmont Avenues, the five-story, 27-unit project is being delivered by Exemplary Builders, who are both the developer and general contractor.
New renderings and details have been revealed for the upcoming mixed-use development at 370 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Part of a three-tower proposal along the intersection with W Kinzie Street, initial plans for the project were revealed in 2022 and we recently covered its approval process including building permits.
The residential development at 3914 North Lincoln Avenue has reached its ultimate height, as crews work on framing the set-back fifth and final floor of the North Center apartment project. Developer and general contractor Longford Design + Construction is delivering 68 rental units at this location, supported by ground-floor retail and 28 parking spaces. A significant amount of the brickwork has been completed; the next milestone should be installation of the first few windows on the exterior.
